Brassicas have many applications, from forages, cover crops, wildlife food plots, to break crops. depending on management, crude protein levels can range from 15 to 25 percent in the leaf and 8 to 15 percent in the roots. Commonly used brassicas crops are hybrids, rape, turnip, radish, kale, and swede. They can be grazed from 80 to 150 days after seeding
